Jon and all of the staff,
I have been playing only for 28 years now and would like to commend you on the great new boost you put back into this sport and tournaments. When I started playing in the 80s, yes, there were huge turnouts and the excitement at the racquetball peak as well as talent that was never before experienced. And then, through the 90sand the Spalding Super Series tournaments, it became monotonous and draining, because tournaments were run almost every weekend. Following with the last years of no frills type tournaments, which the directors thought players wanted, but in essence, no frills equaled no excitement. Your quality run tournaments has finally built back the excitement I longed for from this dying sport. We finally have quality tourneys again that bring back the excitement of the 80s. Everything is definitely well thought out, from the frequency of tournaments (not too many), to the great web pages and updates, to the first rate food and service, and thankfully, Beer is back!!.
Thank You for reenergizing the sport and keep up the great work. You will definitely see me around more.
Your friend,
Marc Cotugno

I want to say thanks to everyone who made the state singles such a joy to be involved with. From starting out by having Jonathan find me partners, to playing, to helping ref, to the great hospitality, a first class club, to the outstanding prizes donated, NJ certainly knows how to put on a good time. Notice, no mention of the cold beer!! But, having mentioned all the positives above, I save the best for last. Jonathan did mention how some guy from New Mexico commented about the level of sportsmanship displayed throughout the tournament at all levels. I did not hear a single complaint, saw nothing but men and women having a great time on and off the court. I had a chance to see old friends, meet new friends, see people go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I want to thank everyone. While I did not play as well as I had hoped, I was able to play 4 matches. I hope to see all of you at tournaments here in the future.
